Construction work is taking place at multiple sites in parallel, and it is difficult to track when, where, and how much employees have worked. In some cases, infrastructure has not yet been installed.
Mobile Time Entry
No physical identification or cards are required. Time entries can be created from employees’ own mobile phones or in bulk from the site manager’s mobile phone. The system also saves the mobile phone’s location based on GPS coordinates at that time.
Container-Based Access Point, Uvegkapu
Complete container-based access control solution with delivery to site. We offer excellent-quality 10- and 20-foot containers at unbeatable prices, equipped with an Uvegkapu-compatible Predor access control system, guard booth, tripod turnstile, server, and camera system, ready for use. The Predor access control system can provide the statutory data reporting required for Uvegkapu.
Portable Biometric Identification
With the Predor portable biometric terminal, you can register employees’ working time even when no infrastructure has been installed at the construction site. It has a built-in fingerprint and card reader.
Two-Step Check (e.g. Breathalyzer)
An additional check step may be required when entering the construction site. By installing a breathalyzer, we can ensure that intoxicated persons cannot enter. The function can also be used for mandatory disinfection, fever screening, or even vehicle checks.
Predor Cloud
With the Predor Cloud cloud-based time tracking system, work can be monitored even without installing physical devices. Accurate time accounting is especially important when employees work at different locations. Forget incomplete, manually filled attendance sheets. The system generates a signable PDF attendance sheet. Anytime, from anywhere, you can see in an instant who is working or who is currently on break and since when.
Automatic Occupational Safety Measures
With the Predor system, you can record the training required for work and ensure that only employees who have the necessary certificates can enter the work area. For example, they may have completed fire and occupational safety training, an occupational fitness examination, or hold a forklift operator certificate.
